High Protein Strawberry Smoothie

This recipe is designed to be quick and easy, while still ensuring you stay full for awhile. All you need is some High Protein Strawberry Yogurt, Frozen Strawberries and a Liquid of your choice! 

Directions:
1. Add listed ingredients to blender
• 1 - 6 oz container High Protein Strawberry Yogurt
• 4-6 Whole Frozen Strawberries to your liking
• 1/2 cup (4 oz) water (substitutions - almond milk, coconut milk, milk, fruit juice, tea)

• Optional Ideas - ice cubes, 1/4 banana, flax seed, spinach, raw cocoa powder,
- per personal preference

2. Blend to smooth and enjoy!
