This flour is high protein 12.8-13.2%. This makes it great for breads, rolls and pizza dough. But it also works great for making gravies, batters, and can be mixed with our pastry flour to make an all-purpose flour. You will be hard-pressed to find another flour that is unbleached and unenriched to match our quality.

About New Hope Mills

The quality of New Hope Mills products has made New Hope Mills pancake mixes the number one pancake flour in Central New York.

Although the mill is no longer used for producing flour, New Hope Mills can operate much the same as it did in the 1800’s. The mill is being preserved with operations intact, with the goal of an operational museum.
