Oat Bran Pancake isn’t just a pancake and waffle mix – it can be made into muffins too! Made with whole rolled oats, whole oat flour, and extra oat bran, it makes for a hearty and super heart-healthy breakfast for the oat lovers in your family.
With real whey and sweet cream Buttermilk, you can choose to just add water. No synthetic colors or flavors are used.
Pancake Recipe: 2 Cups Mix + 1 ¾ Cups Cold Water (Optional: 1 Egg or 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter)
Waffle Recipe: 2 Cups Mix + 1 ¾ Cups Cold Water + 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter + 2 Eggs, Beaten
2 cups mix + ¼ cup brown sugar + ½ cup milk + 2 eggs, Beaten, ¼ cup melted butter or oil + ¼ cup dried fruit or nuts, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Grease or line with paper inserts a 12-muffin pan. Combine all ingredients, stir just until blended. Divide batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
